Home Pod not playing from Apple Music

just setup my home pod and whenever I say to Siri to play some music or play a artist or playlists. She responds with something like "here is something you might like" but nothing ever plays!

If I tell Siri to play something from my library then the home pod will play the music.

All other commands are working, can send SMS and control my home kit stuff. Just no apple music content.

I have tried rebooting the home pod but getting the same thing.

Airplay is working fine from my iPhone

So I have been doing some more playing and this thing straight up refuses to play anything from Apple Music!


If I go to the music app on my phone, press the airplay button and wait for the home pod to show up at the bottom of the screen (not airplay, actually controlling the home pod) then select a track from Apple music it will show the track and artwork for a split second then jump straight back to "not playing" of I just press play on the home pod controls it will then just play a random track from my library.
