Home screen icons

Hi, I came back to iPhone for the 13 after a number of years. While I like it, I'm wondering if there is a way to get more icons on the home screen or a fifth icon in the dock, without jailbreaking? I'm used to 5 columns of icons from my Android and there is definitely enough screen real estate on the pro max for that, 4 across is a bit silly.

No you can’t squeeze more icons on the screen.
You can organize some icons to be on the bottom or side by using transparent a widget. Available in the App Store.
