Home Screen is now black 13 pro

My Home Screen, not Lock Scree, is now black. Apps still work. If I restart my home screen comes back, but later in the day it goes black. Any idea what is wrong?

I'd try to restore the device using iTunes/Finder... It sounds like a software issue as a restart clears it up for a bit
