Home sharing and no sound on iPad

I started up home sharing on my iTunes on a Windows computer and also on my iPad with OS 5. I can see my library on the iPad. Everything seems to work except that I don't have sound on The iPad. My sound works on iPad with other applications but not with the shared library. What goes wrong?
