Setup:
New Apple TV in living room.
2013 Mac Pro in office (one wall between the two rooms) wired to latest Airport Time Capsule (AC).

I rented a movie and waited for it to download, then attempted to play on the new Apple TV.
The movie never starts.

I tried with 3 different movies I rented.

I plugged in my old Apple TV and everything works fine.

Ideas? Thoughts? Bug? Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hello. I have the same problem.I contacted apple. The said i should do a reset but do the reset on the PC in itunes. One needs a USB C cable to connect Apple TV to PC. They are sending one to me and I hope it solves problem

Restart the mDNSresponder service on the Mac Pro. Google for instructions how to do so, it involves using the terminal.
