Home Sharing streaming video content

Hi guys!

What's the maximum streaming resolution for the iTunes home sharing on video content?

I just started using it now and compared to other 3rd party app this one through iTunes barely uses no CPU on my MacBook while the others I used almost 100% of my Core 2 Duo CPU.

Just a pity it won't stream avi and mkv files...
