Hi all,

I have an iPod Touch sync'ed to iTunes on an iMac, where all my music is stored. I've recently bought a Mac Pro on which I do all my photographic work and so I'd like to move my iPhoto Library, Address Book and iPod Apps to the iTunes on the new Mac Pro. However, I'm not sure how to do this and still sync the music on the old iMac. I manage to access the iMac's music through iTunes' sharing mecanism (on the Mac Pro), but I'm not sure it will sync.

Also, I'd like to keep the data on my iPod safe while doing it (Dropbox, 2Do, GoodReader etc).

Is there any simple solution to all this, short of hacking, jailbreaking or otherwise spending half a day on the issue?

Thanks a lot.

EDIT : Sorry, should have searched better. A very simple and detailed answer is here : http://macgroup.org/blog/2010/05/10/sync-your-iphone-ipad-or-ipod-touch-with-multiple-computers/
