HomeKit Home - why so limited?

have a couple wemo outlets. When I go into the home app on my phone, there it is very limited. I would like the outlets to turn on my Christmas tree at sunset (which it does) however I would like it to turn off at midnight. The longest duration is to turn off after 60 minutes.....

Why so limited??

Make one scene to turn the lights on, triggered at sunset. Make another scene to turn the lights off and trigger it at midnight.

Or use the WeMo app, which has more rules you can use together.
