Homekit Broke with iOS 12

Not sure if you or how many are having this issue but since iOS 12 homekit has stopped working with my Hunter Homekit enabled fan. I can add my fan through iOS 11 and it shows up on iOS 12 but cannot add it through iOS 12. Anyone else having this issue?
