HomeKit HomeKit camera notifications not working

Hello all,

New to HomeKit. Have just purchased and setup a Eufy 2K HomeKit compatible camera. It works okay apart from I don't get any motion notifications when I am out (and the camera is active). The Home app notifies me that the camera has become active (as I have left home), but that's it. If I later review the camera footage I can see motion triggers in the 'film strip' view.

Am I missing something obvious here? I presume HomeKit cameras can trigger live notifications?
