HomeKit device missing from watch

I have a couple of HomeKit devices, but today I added a plug to my devices. It shows up on all of my apple devices (phone, computer, iPad, etc) except for my watch. All of my other HomeKit devices show up on the watch. I tried restarting but that didn't fix it. Anyone know what's going on?

In my experience, the Watch always relies on your HomeKit hub, whereas the iPhone, iPad and Mac can bypass it when on home WiFi. So, this suggests to me that the hub hasn’t noticed the new device yet.

Maybe try waiting a little, and/or restarting the hub?
