I have these old RF remote controllers than open and close the curtains. The previous owner of my home put them in. Is it possible to replace these with a RF transmitter of some sort that I can just control then from my phone or Harmony remote?

It might be a little technical, but for RF devices I use something called 'home-assistant'. It pretty much controls all your smart devices and allows them to interact with each other. I then installed homebridge and the home-assistant plugin for homebridge, so I can control them with Apple's Home app and Siri. Keep in mind that you need an RF transmitter. I use a raspberry pi and attached an RF transmitter to the GPIO pins.
