HomeKit Homekit/Homepod Universal TV remote?

Does anyone know of a 3rd party universal TV remote that works with Homekit?

Id like to say "Hey Siri turn on ESPN" or any other channel and have it change the channel of my samsung TV.

Not interested in using apple tv.
