HomeKit HomeKit light switch for UK

I am looking for a smart Homekit enabled light switch that I can wire in to substitute for dumb light switch in the UK. Preferably with dimmer function, but the main thing is I can operate remote with HomeKit. I have not yet found anything satisfactory. Can anyone make any suggestions from experience?

I'm after the same thing but I don't even need dimming. I just want to be able to switch my kitchen fluorescent tube on and off using a HomeKit motion sensor. Ideally I'll unscrew the existing switch from the wall and fit some kind of smart one.
