Homekit not showing in Control Center

Hi all - I’m having issues with Homekit. I have a smart doorlock (Nuki Pro) but it is not showing up on the Control Center of my iPhone.

It is showing up on my iPad, though.

Moreover, when I navigate to Settings - Control Center, to toggle on the slider ‘Show Home Controls’, it is not there!

On my iPad it is.

Does anyone have an idea on what to do? I’m running the most recent version of iOS…

It's actually showing up in the Home app on your iPhone, right? The option not being there indicates the system doesn't see anything in your Home app or the Home app is uninstalled.
