So the inevitable has happened one of my HomePods that was part of a stereo pair has died. It was on 14.7
I noticed it not playing when I played music today, unsure of what day it died, the bottom was warm, unplugged it and plug it in again after a couple of hours same issue, bottom area gets warm no response.
The other unit is fine also on 14.7, I've upgraded it to 15.0.
The one that doesn't respond is out of warranty and there's probably no hope since I got it from Australia and NZ didn't officially sell the OG HomePod, (mini launched here this year).
Wonder if anyone has successful repaired these, surely there must be a service manual leak by now? We are going to need to find a way to repair them, I'm sure the need will arise if not already.
