Got a HomePod and set it up on my phone (which leaves the house when I do). I have a shared shopping list with my wife. Two issues we're running into:

1. When I'm not home and my wife says "Hey Siri", the HomePod always picks up, instead of her phone, and she can't add anything to the shared shopping list. Is there anyway to set up the HomePod so she, or anyone on my network, can add items to the shared shopping list when I'm not home?
2. She can't add items to her personal shopping lists (none shared) because HomePod always picks up when she says "Hey Siri". Since her lists aren't shared Siri makes a comment along the lines of "can't help". Anyway around this?

I know that HomePod doesn't support multiple accounts so looking for advice and ideas on how to handle these. Thank you.

She’ll have to press and hold the power button on her phone to activate Siri manually. Then she had do whatever she wants. She can’t say “Hey Siri” if she in hearing distance of the HomePod.

Thanks. I was afraid of that. What a waste. Speaker is sitting there unplugged because of this.
