Having many issues with Alexa not allowing me to add my kids Apple Music accounts to their speakers

We have Apple one family with 2 kids accounts

If I get them a mini each can they have their own music account linked to their own speaker?

It will work with voice recognition. Just have them do the whole Siri voice configuration. I have a family of four with two kids. All of my HomePods were setup with my AppleID but the HomePods can recognize voices and will tailor the requests to the specific member of the home by their voice. Each of my kids has their own HomePod.
