Hi, I have a homepod mini I’m trying to set up with my sisters phone, however, for whatever reason, her iPhone 6s won’t ever show the set up prompt. I get the prompt immediately on my devices, and it sets up fine on them, but since I want it set up for her iCloud account, I need to set it up through her phone on the Home app. Ive tried countless things, it sees the homepod when I go to “add accessory”, however when I select it, nothing else happens, whereas normally I’d get a prompt after for set up. I’ve made sure iCloud keychain is on and two factor authentication, along with reinstalling home app, and even restoring the whole phone from backup. It seems the home apps bugged, or this is a hardware issue with the phone, but I haven’t been able to find anyone else with this issue online.

Any help or ideas would be a big help, thanks.

There an issue with iCloud.  is aware of the problem. You’ll just have to wait it out.

Not sure if this relates to my issue, but thanks

It may not. But if it’s an issue with iCloud in any way more than likely the iCloud issue is the cause. In any case I’d wait until iCloud is working again before trying again.
