HomePod HomePod multi-room commands not working

I’ve now got 5 HomePods set up in my home, but I can’t get multi room commands working properly.

I can start music playing with my stereo pair in the living, and I can say ‘Hey Siri, play this in the kitchen’ and ‘Office’ and ‘Living room’ or any combination of those speakers. Music will start playing on the speakers requested.

However, if I say ‘Hey Siri, play this everywhere’ or ‘...on all speakers’ Siri says ‘Sorry, I couldn’t play that on the speakers you requested’.

I’ve reset all my HomePods and re-added them to the Home app to no avail. It’s maddening. Can anyone else test this?

What about trying the command rooms, all rooms, or something like that?
