I have an odd problem with HomePod and I am hoping someone has some ideas on how to troubleshoot it. We have three users configured for our HomePod and personal requests are working for two of the three accounts. My account, which happens to be the main/organizer account is not working with the personal requests and I am unsure what to do. When I ask Siri 'who am i" she is correctly recognizing me, but when I try to make a personal request to for instance add something to a shopping list or send a message, she is telling me that she does know me. Any idea on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Quick update. Apple was able to quickly resolve the issue. It turns out that my 'hey Siri' was 'outdated' and needed to be re-learned. Once I disable 'hey Siri' on my iPhone and reconfigured it again, I powered off the HomePod and after it came back up, everything started to work as expected!
