I set up my HomePods but now I cannot subscribe to Apple Music on the family or student plan. I did some troubleshooting with Apple Support and we couldn't find a solution.
iPhone:
Edit: So I tried I clicked on "Start Listening" and it ended up buying the individual subscription. Just tried to subscribe to the Family Plan on iOS and goes back to the Apple Music + HomePod and asks to subscribe again...so I try subscribing again then it says I'm already subscribed.
Now I went to iTunes on OS X > Account > View My Account... > "Manage" under subscriptions and so far it's letting me change it to the student discount but no Family Plan.
iPhone:
- Settings > Apple ID > Family Sharing > Apple Music > "Go To Apple Music" > Apple Music + HomePod screen appears.
- Settings > Music > Join Apple Music > Apple Music + HomePod screen appears.
- Music > For You > Choose Your Plan > Apple Music + HomePod screen appears.
- iTunes > For You > Choose Your Plan > Apple Music + HomePod screen appears.
