Is there any concept of a track history of things played on the HomePod recently? I use the automatic playback ("Play some music") a lot, and there is sometimes new stuff that I like and want to go back to later...but after its been played is there any memory of it?

I just tried asking "what was the last song" and that worked. But I can't figure out a way to get anything beyond that.

Also if I say "I like this" is that recorded anywhere visible to me? Or is it just used to improve future suggestions without being visible to me?

Love to know this too. I keep saying I like this song and would like to see it registered somewhere.

under "For You", "Recently Played" in your Apple Music app on your phone will show the history.

Mine seems to only show songs I have specificially asked the HomePod to play. Any other tracks it has chosen for me don’t show up even if I say I like them

Whether by design, or unintentionally, this is unfortunately how HomePod seems to be working with listening history at the moment.

If a more in depth listening history is important to you, I’d suggest submitting feedback to Apple requesting it.

For me it just depends on what the HomePod is playing. Something fall into a specific station wont show however random songs played (ie Hey Siri play some electronic music) will.

I know this because there are artist and songs I never heard of. Replaying them is playing songs it has recently played that were outside of specific stations (ie Tycho station or (my name) station).

I'm looking at these through iTunes. These include ALL my recently played though, not just limited to the HomePod.

Not a direct answer to the question, but when I really like something new that HomePod has played to me under the "Play some music scenario" I just say "Hey Siri, add this to my discoveries playlist"

You can see your Play History in iTunes. “Switch” to the HomePod from the AirPlay button to the right of the volume controls. Then, choose Play History from the “three lines” button to the right of the track info display.
