I’ve got a real frustrating problem. We moved into a new house, but in between the old house and the new house we’ve bought a grand collection of HomePods. And they don’t seem to be operating correctly. Plus, we’ve set the house up to have its own Wi-Fi for devices. And I don’t see on the HomePod app how to reset the Wi-Fi network address. Some of the HomePods just don’t respond to the Siri command, but if I tap it, it will play from my iTunes playlist. Not from AppleMusic. Some of the HomePods in the app day configuring and downloading and it takes forever and generally doesn’t actually download to the latest update. So I need some general help. I’m thinking I should probably just delete all of the HomePods from the app and start from scratch.

Yeah, you may want to reset them to factory configuration and start over. You could also call Apple and get help. Over a year ago I had issues with two original HomePods and they were very helpful. It took a bit but we got them configured as a pair and they’ve worked fine ever since.
