iPhone Homescreen Designer Issue?

I have been experiencing something for several days now that I can't seem to figure out. Every time I attempt to drag an icon from one screen to another, my iPhone [5s] goes into safe mode. It does it every time. I have deleted tweaks but it continues to occur. Has anyone experienced this? Other than that, everything is fine. Thanks :)
