iPhone Homescreen weather

I want something I can position anywhere to fit under my three rows of icons (iPhone 5), but above the dock without hiding any of it under the icons/dock. Anything like this exist? I've been away from iOS since about July, so I don't know of many tweaks/apps that have come out since that time period.
