Well here is how i did it:

- I unscrewed all screws.
- Opend the screen, this took sime time and scraches i used a screwdriver to force open the screen.
- I got some light reflectors (blue) and taped it to where the white reflector (from applr) was
- scrwed everthing up
- switched on laptop and it worked.

i got some scratches but because i was not carfull but if you are you should not have any problems.

I would have made it green or red apple. Blue? Actually I think the white looks classier. I guess whatever floats your boat.

Red is to a stronge a color, i would have used green but blue looked better before i insrteed it. Blue seemed the best option, i wanted red but thought it was to stronge a colore, green is my 2nd.

I'm sure someone has posted this before, but if you get a couple of the old-school Apple stickers (the small striped Apple logos, not the big stickers), they are the exact same size as the White glowing Apple used in the laptops.

I inserted one of these stickers into my old iBook, so it glowed the old-school striped color Apple. Unfortunately, I forgot to take it out when I traded my iBook in for a newer computer, so someone out there has a really cool iBook without even knowing it!

I agree. The white does look better. I think it might actually look the best against the alluminum color of the powerbook.
