Anyone else have problems with it on the watch ?

Yes. It’s complete and utter ****. Doesn’t work, doesn’t update the thermostat. It’s never worked reliably for me in 4 years of owning it.

Well, I open up the app on my watch, then if I’m lucky enough to be able to get the display to change to the temperature I want, it doesn’t reflect those changes to the thermostat. This happens nine times out of 10.
