Hong Kong 4S Availability

For those of you on this side of the world, I'm curious (based on prior iphone releases) about the availability of 4S upon launch. Is it possible to order online at launch, and if so what's standard wait time? Also like to know if there is any chance in picking one up in store without camping out overnight. I know there are a significant amount of scalpers that bring them over to the mainland...

According to staff at the Apple Store in IFC, the 4S should be released in mid December in HK. HK will always be last in the release order as Apple likes to support the grey market resellers.
