Hooking 15" Macbook Pro to HDMI TV??

Hey guys...just curious what cable I need to hook my brand new 15" Macbook Pro i7 into an HDMI TV??

Also, my old white macbook didn't transfer SOUND through the connection I had, will the new macbook pro send sound and VIDEO to the tv via the one hdmi cable?
