Hope the fix El Capitan and NAS issues

My NAS which showed fine in Finder on Yosemite, just does not after the 'upgrade'.

Also repeated Time Machine errors as below. Never had these issues on Yosemite. The NAS is a WD MyCloud. Lots of others with the same issues too.

The Time Machine error comes every 24 hours or so, and it starts afresh.

Time Machine completed a verification of your backups on “WDMyCloud”. To improve reliability, Time Machine must create a new backup for you.
Click Start New Backup to create a new backup. This will remove your existing backup history. This could take several hours.
Click Back Up Later to be reminded tomorrow. Time Machine won’t perform backups during this time.

I've installed Forklift, and with it I don't have any issues connecting to my WD NAS.
But finder is slow connecting, and loses connection every time you click a local folder and then go back to NAS.
Very frustrating.

I have to say, that I had the same issue on Yosemite.
