Hope the next iPhone has more color choices for black bezel model

It is unbalanced for there to be 3 iPhone color choices with white bezel (Silver, Gold, Rose Gold) and only 1 choice for black bezel (Space Gray).

The next new color should be for black bezel iPhones. I think a darker bronze or metallic coffee finish would be interesting.

probably has to do with supply chain bottlenecks. if apple was contained to do only 4 colors, i think they chose the right combinations as the silver/ gold/ rose gold would look better on the white bezel imo. however, my only complaint is that the space gray is not dark enough. i think the iphone 5/5s space gray looked awesome

The iPhone 5 was Black & Slate.
Space Grey was introduced with the 5s.

I would like a "cappuccino" color with a black bezel.

I'll second that metallic blue colored iPhone. I think that one would look pretty sharp.

iPhones in iPod touch colors would look awesome, especially in blue and red! I was surprised that the space gray iPhone 6s was not as dark as the iPod touch space gray.

Pretty, but that's nowhere near the color sapphire, which is a darker royal blue. That's a pastel.

I agree. While I would have chosen that color over silver, the iPod touch blue would be perfect!

I'd have got Gold or Rose Gold if the bezel were black. It just seems to work better with some tasks, including video.

I would like to see gold paired with black bezels. But not that champagne gold or rose gold. But an actually yellow gold. A nice deep metallic blue would also look like with a black front.

But yes, we need more color options for a black front. Gold and black would work really nicely (see gold aluminum Apple Watch).

Space Gray, one of the colors, is not Space Gray because of supply chain bottlenecks.

P.S. There was no Space Gray with the 5. It was Black/Slate. And the black was not in reference to the front panels, it was in reference to the casing.

We have Space Gray now and not black anymore as a color because of "Scuffgate" with the iPhone 5. Apple's response was not to fix the anodization process - it was to eliminate black and go with a lighter color.

Doubtful. They KNOW that there are Apple users out there who WANT black. But who buy the Space Gray because that's the only color Apple offers that is even remotely close to black. And that means it sells.

They went away from super dark colors because of how the anodized layer would chip and scratch over time. If you've seen a scuffed up 5, you know what I'm talking about.
