Horizontal lines Comes and Goes ( above DOCK )

Lately i have been Noticing about the Horinzontal lines...

ASA i open my MacbookPro i see
No color but when you move your mouse you can see the lines... which cut the mouse partially, Even when you visit forums the line could be seen.
above the DOck

After few 10-15 minutes the lines are gonw

Anyone who could shed some light.

Could be a graphics card prob, I suggest getting it looked at if still under Applecare.
