Horizontal lines when closing an app?

I noticed that Words with Friends or Mail app have some horizontal lines when closing the app on my 5s. is this normal? i mean its not as fluid as it should be, you will see kinda like a staticky horizontal line on the app icon when closing. has anyone experienced this with the 5s, or ios7. i wonder if it is hardware or software related.

I've noticed this same thing, I believe on both my 5 and 5s. Has anyone found a fix?

I've caught this too.

It only appears for 0.0001 seconds but it happens.

I never noticed it before but now it's going to drive me crazy

You can turn on reduce motion in accessibility settings to reduce/change animations to see if that makes a difference.
