Horizontal Tearing On Leopard

hey,
since upgrading to leopard when the new dock magnifies as i go along it the icons tear into half, when i had tiger it never did this, it's extremely annoying and really bugging, wondered if anyone new why ? my screen has quite a quick refresh rate.

Just to let you know you are not alone. I also get tearing while moving windows around in the Finder... although it's not constant tearing... it's more like a quick jump here and there and I can see the window somewhat break up. I don't have any tearing in the Dock though but, I do also have tearing in Spaces view (the animation in and out).

I have it in the dock
I dont think it happens the 2d dock tho

Sounds like a driver issue.
Have you installed the latest Leopard video driver update (1.3) from Apple?
