Horizontal White Line In My MBP Display

It all of a sudden showed up right above my dock. I have searched the forums and did not find any matching results regarding this issue.

Any remedies? I have already restarted and repaired my disk permissions.

Edit: I wanted to attach a screeny, however the line did not show up in it.

Excellent. If the line didn't show up in a screenshot, then we can almost certainly conclude it's a hardware or driver issue. Try resetting your SMC for a start.

Did it. It did not cure the problem, though. Guess that makes me call up Apple Support.

Yep.

Tell 'em you've already tried the SMC reset so they've got one less hoop to drag you through.
