Am I supposed to just bring the iPad in and show them the issue or do I bring everything in the box? What about my information - if they're going to give me an exchange I don't want to give them my iPad with all my passwords and apps saved.
Bring the iPad to the store, and say "my iPad has lots of lightbleed". They look at it, give you a new one, and you walk out the door to go home. Rinse and Repeat if needed.
