I got an XS two days ago, and my reception is shockingly bad. I know it's not my area, because my 7 was always quick as can be. I'm using Project Fi, which jumps on T-mobile as primary + a virtual SIM from EE in the UK (which won't activate until I'm back over there, so I'm not sure how reception will be through it).
I've updated to the new beta iOS, and I've done a network reset. I still get consistently terrible reception, often while showing a few bars on LTE. Is there anything else I'm not thinking of that I should try?
