With so many iDevices growing in home, plus other MacBooks, it becomes difficult to track where did I synced one device and where to find a specific song, video, app....... Also there is the mobile HD limitation probelm (64GB, or 256GB SSD does not sounds that big nowadays!), and iTune account limitation issue. Five does not seem to be enough nowadays!
To solve the first problem, I am wondering if it is possible to make one single iTune library on the home network, say to store in the Time Capsule HD, and have all networked iDevices and Macbooks to access the library and have each device to create and sync its own playlist, etc.? I only need certain playlist for a certain time, not carrying the whole library.
Also, what is the best way to move a iTune library from one mobile Macbook to the center HD, any problem with syncing each iDevice on any particular Mac?
I remember reading this before, so if you can direct me to some place on the furum, it would be great. Thanks!
