Hosting Time Machine Backup HD on Windows PC tied to my Network?

Is it possible to connect my HD used fro time machine backups to a windows PC that is connected to my network and have all my backups from my packs still route to the PC and to that HD?

I don't believe the windows PC, out of the box, can read or write the Apple HD format. When you plug it into the PC it will look like an unformatted disk.

They never did so in the first place so they can't "still route". You'd need something like a Mini with OSX Server.
