Just sharing...

I do a lot of screen capturing and had been using Snap Z Pro.

Well, no longer!

Screenflick is W_A_Y better. I had been frustrated with SnapZ Pro for some time... then on tuaw.com, they did a shoot out between several apps. VERY glad I took their advice and tried Screenflick.

Again...just sharing....

Or Snapz Pro X? What don't you like about it?
Just curious...

What I don't like about about SnapZ Pro X...would require a LONG post.

SnapZ Pro is archaic compared to Screenflick.

I highly recommend reading this:
http://www.tuaw.com/2008/05/14/tuaw-faceoff-screencasting/

Here are the tuaw.com comments on SnapZ Pro X:
"I've had Snapz in my arsenal for a long time, and I don't like it any more today than the first day I used it. It was a little counterintuitive then, but it's just plain outclassed now. I know there are a lot of people using it, but in a feature-to-price comparison, it's really not worth it anymore. Snapz Pro X is becoming a dinosaur in a rapidly evolving world, even compared to a free app like Jing ... and especially next to applications like Screenflick at half its price. "

The very best screen capture /screencasting app is ScreenFlow...but *I* decided the added features, though very impressive were beyond my needs. Plus the price of ScreenFlow ...ouch. SnapZ Pro X is an absolute joke compared to ScreenFlow.
