iPhone 11 Pro Hot spot not working

Anyone have hotspot issues on their shiny new iphones? Mine won't connected to my windows laptop most of the time and when it does it doesn't stay connected. It stays connected perfectly to my macbook though. On my windows machine though it shows up as a wifi spot then disappears, or tries to connect and disappears while connecting.

Probably a driver issue. Doesn’t restart or driver update help?

I have had the same problem. Just like when the iPhone 5 came out.
