Hot spot shield

I accidentally removed the HotSpotShield (VPN) Profile on my iphone and cannot install them again because the app ask me to renew my subscription. I was using it for free over 3G for Pandora.
I have the profiles (but not the app) on my ipad and I would like to transfer to my iphone.
Is there any way to extract those files and copy them to the iphone?
Any recommendation?
