Did any of you have this warning?

I've seen it once, a couple of days after receiving it. Some of my friends who also ordered the 2016 rMB (both M5 and M7) experienced it as well. Besides that, my Wi-Fi reconnection was painfully slow when waking up from sleep.

After an SMC, PRAM reset and some other tweaks I finally managed to fix it.

It normal if you use the macbook with the ambient temp higher that 31 C (90 F) with long running task.

The CPU will run at about 1-1.2Ghz and all motherboard chipset will reduce speed, so Wifi connect may affected by this.

In this case, the CPU will not run very hot, it just wait the motherboard cool down.
