Hotel Wifi Issues please help, can't connect with MBP but can with iP4?

So I'm in my hotel room at a hampton inn and yesterday i logged on to the hotel wifi no issues used it for about 3 hours straight. Today same thing I got on my mbp then opened safari the login screen loaded and I was back on the hotel network. Then it just decided to quit working. It wouldn't load and I haven't been able to log back on to the network since. It connects to the network however when I open safari it doesn't load the login page it just says no internet connection. But I also have my iP4 with me and when i tried logging into the network with that I've had no issues, popup screen comes on for me to enter password and no issues. Ive tried everything I know to get my mbp back on the network, messing with settings, restarting it, etc.. If anyone has any ideas how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
