Hotmail drafts folder won't sync?

I have hotmail and yahoo account, and have set them up on my iphone 6. All folders from each account sync just fine -- except hotmail drafts.

I keep several documents that I add to periodically in my hotmail drafts folder, daily notes and such, and would love to be able to access them and edit them on both my computer and my iphone.

Can I somehow?
