Hey,

I run a site using digital delivery, after a customer pays their item is sent to them via email. But hotmail is marking everyone of them as junk.

Any idea why this is happening or solutions?

thanks

Can we ask what it is you're sending them?

Sure, its pre-paid cards. i.e we scratch the card off and scan them in, when they customer buys they are sent a scanned copy of their card. Its fully automated.

I put my link in that above link. Didnt bring any results my hosting company is xilo.net

www.mxtoolbox.com -> xilo.net

Records:
mxf1.xilo.net 193.238.80.41
mxf2.xilo.net 193.227.247.41

SenderBase: mxf1.xilo.net & mxf2.xilo.net

They both have Neutral rankings actually, so although Microsoft might not use these lists for their spam filter exactly, it seems unlikely they'd differ greatly.

:confused:

In the product purchase page, mention something like this

Occasionally filters misclassify our emails. After purchasing, please add [email as image] to your address book and check your junk mail box in case it is misdelivered.

They're actually only inbound mail exchangers and do not deal with outbound email.

After doing some digging markgodley, the server you are on is listed as "Good" at Senderbase.

If you're sending mail from a web base script (i.e. PHP) try using SMTP instead of php mail() to pass to the mai server. Also try enabling SPF (which should already be on) and even DomainKeys - these can also both help.

It'll be a case of trial and error.. but if you need any more help, do drop a ticket on your account.
