Hi, since the iOS update 14.2 my notes from my hotmail are no longer syncing to my iPhone 11 notes app. I’ve contacted both Apple and Microsoft and no one is taking responsibility. Apple are saying Microsoft aren’t supporting the update and Microsoft are saying it’s an iOS update issue. I can see the notes in my hotmail account when I log on via my browser on my MacBook. When you add the hotmail account to the phone, hotmail notes is no longer appearing as an option you can select- but calendar, reminders is all there. Any ideas?
