Hotmail password snafu

Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this. It seems like a simple question but I am having major problems changing my Hotmail password.

I got spammed the other day and now my password won't work so have been trying to change it - to no avail. I keep going around in circles on the hotmail site. Example: They say on the sign-in page there should be an 'option' but I don't see one.

I'm using OS 10.6.1

Any help will surely be appreciated.
