Hotmail Question

So I deleted Hotmail off my wifes Phone and put it back on for her.

Not sure what happened, but it use to just download the messages to her phone and she was happy with that. If she would delete it off her phone, it would still be on her computer.

Now, her regular hotmail account and the one on her phone seem to be synced up. Does anyone know how I can go back and fix it so it does the other way?

Set the account up as a POP3 account (it was likely set up as an Exchange account instead.)

Those are characteristics of a POP account. At the time the account was originally set up, POP was probably the only option.
